The location, views, facilities, breakfast, restaurant decor, reception staff. The free daypass for the sauna and the offer to leave our belongings on an intermediate day were great bonuses.

Likes Great location with a stunning view of the High Tatra Mountains. Delicious and diverse breakfast with local products. the heating facilities were top-notch, which was a significant plus during the colder months of the year.
Dislikes It was a bit complicated to check-in as the resort was technically closed. We rang the bell multiple times, and nobody answered, which was frustrating.

We spent Easter at a resort in a picturesque mountain village in Slovakia. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was simply amazing as it offered fresh local produce. We also enjoyed breathtaking views of the High Tatra mountains and the convenience of having a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
The receptionist/restaurant server was not very friendly during our last days there. We requested housekeeping to clean our room but nobody showed up, we had to take the bins out ourselves.

Outdoor lighting is lacking or turned off during the evenings, which makes navigating the resort a bit challenging after dark.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast served here was sumptuous and tasty, with a lovely spread of local produce on offer. The hotel facilities were commendable, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, providing beautiful views of the mountains while being easily accessible. The hotel also offered free parking spots, which was a relief.
